The photonics market in China is still growing fast. The Peoples Republic of China is one of the biggest export target markets for photonic products and the expectations for business are great. In the first three quarters of 2007 Germany exported photonic products amounting to 51 million Euro to China - which is an increase of 41.81 % compared to the previous year.
The LASER.World of Photonics is one of the leading photonics trade fairs in China. In 2007, a number of 144 exhibitors participated in the trade fair and 9.088 visitors were registered.
